This page is to provide HOA and community information to owners in the Highlands neighborhood. We are located just off Rt. 260 in Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, just one mile to the Chesapeake Bay.

The HOA Board meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, excluding summer months. Meetings are at the North East Community Center (next to the Water Park) located at 4075 Gordon Stinnett Ave., Chesapeake Beach, MD. All homeowners are welcome to attend.

HOA  Board meetings start at 7 pm.
