Home and property improvements need approval from the Board of Directors prior to any work. Please contact Jeremy Kochel for more information.

Please note the Board only meets once a month and does not meet in the summer.  Also, Board approval is not related to the county building permit process. Be sure to contact the permits office to comply with any county requirements prior to your construction.

paying HOA dues

Dues may be paid by check made payable to The Highlands HOA and sent to our mailing address. Additionally we are now accepting payment by Venmo. If you have a Venmo account and wish to use that option, clink on the link below. 

  • Click on the link below and sign in to your account.
  • Click on the Pay or Request button.
  • In the To box, type in @highlands hoa
  • The resulting list shows several options. Click the one that has a picture of the sign at the front of our community. Be sure to get the right one.
  • Fill in the amount to pay at the top and fill in your name and address in the Notes box so that we know who the payment is from and which property it is.
  • Click the Pay button.
